What led to this challenge?
Two years ago, I published my first series of thoughts on The Internet of Value—a vision for a better, more equitable world through Web3 and beyond. I thought I was stepping into my purpose. But instead of feeling triumphant, I was consumed by self-doubt, anxiety, and fear. The pressure to create something meaningful was so intense, it pushed me to the edge—dark thoughts, including the unthinkable, crept in.In a desperate bid to regain control, I embarked on a 12-month Brahmacharya journey. The logic? Testosterone optimization, discipline, and the age-old stories of asuras on abstinence wringing impossible boons from the devas.
And it worked… partially. What started as a 12-month experiment stretched into a longer battle. I wasn’t just abstaining—I was grappling with the monster in my own head.During this time, I went all in. I designed a 24-hour blueprint of my “best self,” meticulously logging every action. Hell, I even built a custom GPT called MosesSamPaul - God to track, quantify, and value every moment of my day. But no matter how many data points I gathered or optimizations I made, something still didn’t feel right.
Then, a few weeks ago, it hit me: you can’t become the “God” version of yourself if you haven’t first confronted the monster. Like Elon Musk said, “The most entertaining outcome, especially if ironic, is the most likely.” And the irony of this journey wasn’t lost on me. What began as Brahmacharya—a pure, disciplined path—has ended here, with Bogacharya and the Monster Trail.
I see the humor in it now. Life isn’t about running from the darkness; it’s about walking straight into it, shaking its hand, and saying, “Alright, let’s do this.” The Monster Trail is that handshake, that confrontation, and the messy, liberating path forward.
Who is this for?
This is for the dreamers, the strugglers, and the procrastinators who have spent too much time waiting for a “sign.” It’s for the man staring at his screen thinking, “How did my life get so… beige?” Whether you’re a startup founder running on caffeine and self-loathing, a husband wondering if your best years are behind you, or a guy Googling “how to get my sh*t together,” this is for you. Also, introverts, rejoice—no awkward group hugs here (unless you're on the Community tier).
Why is this only for men?
Because men often suck at asking for help. Society has trained us to bottle it up, “man up,” and pretend we’re fine. Spoiler: we’re not fine. This isn’t about excluding women—it’s about creating a space where men can finally be honest about their struggles, their fears, and their demons without the need to flex or pretend.
Why is it focused on men above 30?
Because your 20s are all about trial and error—mostly error. By the time you hit 30, the stakes are higher. You’re juggling responsibilities, trying to stay relevant in your career, and maybe even navigating family life. And if you’re not where you thought you’d be, the pressure can feel like it’s crushing you. This challenge is for men who want to rewrite the script before it’s too late—or at least know what monster’s been holding the pen.
Why is it called the Monster Trail?
Because the biggest battles aren’t fought on battlefields—they’re fought in your own mind. The “monster” is your fear, self-doubt, procrastination, anger, or whatever’s been holding you back. The “trail” is the journey through it. The goal isn’t to defeat the monster—it’s to understand it, tame it, and maybe even turn it into an ally.
Can I really change in 30 days?
Not unless you’re a wizard. The Monster Trail isn’t about overnight transformations—it’s about planting seeds. Over 30 days, you’ll face challenges designed to crack open the excuses you’ve been hiding behind and help you see yourself more clearly. Will you emerge as a completely different person? Probably not. Will you have the tools to take control and move forward? Hell yes.
Why should I do this instead of therapy?
This isn’t a substitute for therapy—it’s a complement. If therapy is about unpacking your past, the Monster Trail is about equipping you for the future. It’s active, gamified, and intensely practical. Plus, no therapist is going to tell you to plummet your wellbeing scores or dive headfirst into the chaos. This trail will.
What makes this different from a typical self-help program?
Because we’re not interested in telling you to “just think positive” or “manifest your best life.” Instead, we focus on harnessing your worst. The Monster Trail isn’t here to fix you—it’s here to show you that the parts of yourself you hate might just be your superpowers. Most self-help programs tell you to avoid the dark parts of yourself. This one makes you explore them. Instead of pushing toxic positivity or fluffy affirmations, the Monster Trail teaches you to embrace the mess and turn it into momentum. Because let’s be honest, “good vibes only” hasn’t gotten you anywhere so far.
Do I need prior experience to start?
Nope. The only qualification you need is being human (though we’ll accept monsters in disguise). Whether you're starting from rock bottom or mid-burnout, the Trail is designed to meet you where you are—and push you farther than you thought possible.
What do I actually get?
Depends on the tier you pick:
DIY Workbook: Reading materials, tracking tools, and the satisfaction of wrestling your monster solo.
Guided DIY: Everything in the Workbook plus task videos to help you spiral more efficiently.
Community Edition: The full experience—workbook, videos, a private community, leaderboards, weekly calls, and a front-row seat to your personal apocalypse.
Can I fail the Monster Trail?
Of course! And that’s part of the point. Every stumble, every “I can’t do this” moment, is fuel for your growth. The only real failure is not starting.
Is this going to take a lot of time?
Yes. In Just 30 days you can't do much especially if your Daily tasks range from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on how deep you want to go. Pro tip: time flies when you're wrestling demons.
What happens after the Monster Trail?
You’ll earn the Seal of the Monster Unleashed and get access to Level 2: The Identity Challenge—a 30-day adventure to date yourself, rediscover who you are, and become an unstoppable force of nature.
I’m still on the fence. Why should I do this?
Because the world isn’t waiting for you to figure things out. AI, crony capitalism, and your neighbor’s obnoxious dog are all coming for you. The Monster Trail equips you to adapt, thrive, and face anything—including yourself.
